This project uses sports  as a metaphor for resistance, endurance, hope, perseverance, and the essence of life. In mass sporting events, physical abilities, gender, race, and age transcend. It’s a collective activity where winning and losing hold no significance. Instead, the focus is on values such as cooperation, vitality, mobility, and overall health. In this sport, everyone’s a winner, which fosters unity and celebrates collective well-being.

How does our connection shift when we encounter these shared areas? How democratic and non-democratic are these spaces? Do we share similar experiences and interpretations in these contexts?

“A Mass Sporting Project” transforms a gallery into a half-stadium. The idea is to create an environment where everyone can come together as one, fostering a sense of inclusivity where no one is put on a pedestal above anyone else.
