The idea behind this series of works is inspired by the poem “Nocturnal” by the Iranian poet Ahmad Shamlou.The poem touches on a vast range of ideas, such as resistance, friendship, and myths. The works consist of a series of paper lightboxes, mixed media drawings, and sewing on paper.
